Logan's practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of real estate; the formation, governance, and dissolution of business entities; and non-judicial foreclosures.
Logan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He earned a Transactional Law Practice Certificate from South Texas’ Transactional Practice Center and received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grades in courses including Transactional Skills – Business Finance; Partnership & Subchapter S ​​
Taxation; Oil, Gas & Mineral Law; Contract Building Blocks; First Amendment Law; Federal Income Taxation; Professional Responsibility; and Legal Research and Writing.
His academic performance earned him several merit-based scholarships, including awards from the State Bar of Texas Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section; the Houston Bar Association’s Energy Law Section; the Greater Houston Business Roundtable; and South Texas College of Law (Oil, Gas & Mineral Law Award in Honor of Professor Harry L. Reed).

During law school, Logan served as an Associate Editor for the South Texas Law Review and was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He was named to the Dean’s List every semester and was inducted into the Order of the Lytae in recognition of his academic achievements.

Outside the office, Logan enjoys playing golf and is an active member of his church.
